Inside you will find 11 fully decorated themed Christmas trees, Mark Roberts collectibles and, from November 22 through December 22, fresh Fraser fir trees. Add the wreaths, garland, ornaments and lighting to finish a house, and it is easy to see why its first season earned a 5.0 rating on Google.
Every fall the garden center changes over. The pottery comes out, the red carpet goes in, and the building becomes Candy Cane Corner until New Year's Day. It's the same family-owned store Richardson has known since 1978, dressed for the season.
Greenville Avenue, the Old Road from Dallas
Before North Central Expressway was built, Greenville Avenue was the main road from Dallas to Richardson, Plano and McKinney, and people called it the Richardson Road (history). It still runs north from Lower Greenville and Lake Highlands to our front door at 1050 N Greenville Ave. If you would rather skip the highway, it is the easy way to Christmas.
